Raikhlin Aircraft Engine Developments GmbH is a center for the design, research, development, and production of high-performance engines and their components. The company specializes in meeting the most demanding requirements of the aviation, defense, and automotive industries. Development is conducted in accordance with CS-E and CS-23 as part of an EASA Part 21 design organization.

We are seeking a Compliance Verification Engineer (m/f/d) for our company to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all received components and equipment meet the specifications and that the required documentation is correct and complete.
  • Planning and scheduling of quality inspections and complex component measurements, with or without specifications.
  • Evaluating and documenting measurement results and communicating them to the development and production departments.
  • Ensuring the creation and maintenance of the ERP system database (e.g., creating test plans, obtaining supporting documentation, etc.).
  • Ensuring the archiving of test results, protocols, and reports.
  • Handling requests to the DO in the event of deviations.
  • Providing technical leadership for the QA team.
  • Acting as the information interface between QA/DO, RED, and
  • PO on QA-related topics.
  • ▪ Deputy Testing and Measurement Equipment Officer.
  • ▪ Openness to participate and conduct internal audits would be
  • a plus

Qualification:

  • Completed training in a technical field (Techniker, Meister or similar)
  • Proficiency in software (MS Office, ERP system (NUCLOS), MS Teams).
  • Certified measurement technician.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of applicable procedures in initial Airworthiness tasks of quality control.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of German is an advantage
